This exclusive development consists of three buildings, featuring terraces, common areas, and a clubhouse in the flagship building. As a hallmark of luxury and sustainability, the apartments boast a LEED Gold certification.
OTAG EPCM carried out all works, including construction, fit-out, and full project execution from design to commissioning. Its role encompassed overseeing the design, implementing eco-friendly solutions, and ensuring high-quality amenities, including the exclusive Mayna Clubhouse."

This 60-acre resort features 105 rooms, 6 suites, 2 villas, and 10 homes, combining contemporary Venetian architecture with luxurious comfort. Our involvement ensured the high-quality realization of these spaces, managing over 20 engineers and architects and more than 300 workers throughout the project.
