Architect Halil Inan, the visionary leader of OTAG EPCM, holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University. A certified PMP and LEED GA professional, he has successfully managed complex projects, including hotels, airports, and malls, across Europe, the CIS, Africa, and Arabia. His focus on value engineering, strategic material selection, and efficient project delivery ensures every project meets and exceeds industry standards.
